We are currently seeking a top-of-the-line HVAC technician who genuinely cares about our customers, someone who is not looking for a job but a career with us.
Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, while also providing an extraordinary customer experience that leads to well-informed and confident buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
As an HVAC technician at Clemmer Services, you will be expected to:
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch, managers, and the parts and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck impeccably clean, both inside and out.
- Ensure your truck inventory is always up to date.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
